Okay, tough to go wrong with bacon but this is my favorite way to prepare it. Stove top is a little faster (and messier) if you only need a little but the oven is better when you need a full tray of crispy bacon and as an added bonus it's far easier to cleanup.

Directions
Line a baking try in parchment paper and set a cookie try on top to hold the paper flat
Fill the try with bacon and cook at 400 F for 18-23 minutes.

As soon as it comes out of the oven, transfer it only paper towels and pat the strips dry to stop them from getting oily as they cool
