Chinese Golden Fried Rice

1 Cup Jasmin Rice
2 Cups Water
4 Egg Yolks
3 Scallions
2 teaspoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Salt
Olive oil
Throw 1 cup of Jasmin Rice and 2 cups of water into the rice cooker and let it do it's thing.
While that's cooking slice the scallions and set them aside.
Separate the eggs and put the whites in the fridge to make meringues tomorrow.
When the rice has cooked, take 2 cups and add it to a large bowl. Add a little olive oil and mix with the rice.
Next, add the egg yolks and mix to coat all the rice grains.
Add a little oil to the wok and get it warming over medium heat.
Add the scallions, next add the rice and mix well.
Combine the fish sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl and add it to the empty side of the wok.
Let the sauces cook down a little and then start folding into the rice.
Ta-da! All done!
