Grape Salad

This one just takes some time to chill in the fridge but it's a big hit with everyone in this house - especially on hot summer days. 📷
Ingredients
2 pounds of green grapes, halved or quartered
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz sour cream
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 oz chopped pecans
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
Wash, dry & cut grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving (about an hour).
