Grape Salad

This one just takes some time to chill in the fridge but it's a big hit with everyone in this house - especially on hot summer days. 📷

Ingredients

2 pounds of green grapes, halved or quartered

4 oz cream cheese

4 oz sour cream

1/4 cup of white sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 oz chopped pecans

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

  • Wash, dry & cut grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

  • Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated.

  • Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving (about an hour).
