Honey Glazed Carrots

1 lb carrots
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Black Pepper
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
Boil carrots for 5-6 minutes
Drain and return to pan with butter, honey and lemon juice.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Note
I like to use a round bottom saute pan for this, makes it easy to coat the carrots without damaging them with the tongs.
