Ingredients
1 pasteurized egg
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup Oil (veg/canola)
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Directions
Use the bowl attachment on the blender
Add the egg and mix for a few seconds
Add the mustard, lemon juice and vinegar
Pulse for a few seconds
Turn the blender on and slowly pour in the oil (should take about 90 seconds)
