Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 pasteurized egg

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 cup Oil (veg/canola)

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon Vinegar


Directions

  1. Use the bowl attachment on the blender

  2. Add the egg and mix for a few seconds

  3. Add the mustard, lemon juice and vinegar

  4. Pulse for a few seconds

  5. Turn the blender on and slowly pour in the oil (should take about 90 seconds)
