Nana's Sponge Cake

Ingredients

2 Eggs

2 oz Self Raising Flour

2 oz Castor Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 190' C, 375' F, Gas Mark 5.

Whisk eggs and sugar together until they hold the figure 8.

Fold in sieved flour.

Pour into well greased sandwich tins.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins.

Cool on a wire tray.
