Parmesan Baked Spuds

Ingredients
1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 pounds potatoes, washed and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prep. a baking tray however you do it.
I've been using silicone liners and they rock!!!
Easy on the food and a quick cleanup. Mix Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper together in a bowl. Blot the cut potatoes with a paper towel to remove any moisture. Place potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil & seasoning mix; toss until potatoes are fully coated. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn potatoes once; continue baking until golden and crispy, about 15 to 20 more minutes.
