Slow Cooker Chicken & Stuffing


Kathy gave me this recipe years ago and it's been a regular on our table ever since. Takes about 5 minutes to set up in the morning and it's all set by the time everyone gets home. 📷

Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts 4 Slices Swiss Cheese 1 Can (14 oz) Chicken Broth 2 Cans (10.75 oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken soup 3 Cups Packaged stuffing Mix .5 Cup of Butter, melted Salt & Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.

  2. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.

  4. Pour broth over chicken and cheese.

  5. Pour cream soups over chicken, cheese and broth.

  6. Sprinkle stuffing mix over soups.

  7. Pour melted butter over everything.Cover & cook on LOW 6-9 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.
