Steak Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Worcester Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
l Tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Honey
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
l tsp Dried Rosemary

Directions
Whisk everything in a medium mixing bowl
Put steaks in zip-lock bag and add marinade
Press all extra air from the bag and refrigerate for 30 min to 8 hrs


Retrospectives

This one was a big hit with the whole house. The whole grain mustard gave it a great texture. We did about a 6-7 hr marinade and that worked well. I want to try this with steak tips next time.
