Where Does This Go?

Updated: Jul 10, 2020

Toys were starting to take over the house and overwhelm the little one so searched for 'Toy Storage' on Pinterest and spent about 12 weeks in awe of people's creativity (and patience). I finally decided on trying a fairly simple approach for Connor's closet.

We had used 'NoJo Sea Babies' decals in his room and I wanted to try to continue the theme into his closet so I picked up a bunch of ClosetMaid storage cubes in coordinating colors for less than $5 each on Amazon.

Then I stopped off at Staples and picked up a packet of 10 id holders for less than $10.

I considered taking photos of his wall but was able to find an image of the original decals online so I just downloaded that and photo-shopped some labels.

Then some quick assembly...

... and by the time he was waking up from his nap his new storage bins were ready to go.

Now he keeps a few favorite toys out all the time but most of them go into these bins and we bring out a new one every week to discover all over again.
